Indore: ‘छात्रों की गूंज’ में राहुल गांधी के 5 दावों पर उठे सवाल, सोशल मीडिया पर हुआ फैक्ट चेक!

Chhatron Ki Goonj: इंदौर में आज 19 सितंबर को राहुल गांधी ने मध्य प्रदेश के पहले और देश के पांचवें ‘छात्रों की गूंज’ कार्यक्रम में युवाओं को संबोधित किया. इस दौरान उन्होंने प्रदेश के अलग-अलग जिलों से इंदौर पहुंचे छात्रों और युवाओं से बात की. उन्होंने अपने कार्यक्रम में सरकार पर सवाल उठाते हुए कुछ आंकड़े भी पेश किए. लेकिन राहुल गांधी के इन दावों पर ‘झूठ की गूंज’ नाम के एक एक्स पेज ने तीखा फैक्ट-चेक किया.

सोशल मीडिया पर इस फैक्ट चेक के स्क्रीनशॉट्स जमकर वायरल हो रहे हैं. दरअसल कार्यक्रम के दौरान राहुल गांधी हजारों छात्रों के बीच सरकार के खिलाफ बड़े-बड़े दावे कर रहे थे, वहीं दूसरी तरफ सोशल मीडिया प्लेटफॉर्म एक्स पर एक्टिव ‘झूठ की गूंज’ नामक एक पेज पर राहुल गांधी के भाषण में किए गए दावों की एक-एक कर धज्जियां उड़ाई जा रही थीं.

पहला दावा
राहुल गांधी ने मध्य प्रदेश लोक सेवा आयोग (MPPSC) पर आरोप लगाया कि पिछले 8 सालों में 13% पदों को होल्ड पर रखा गया है, जिससे 4.87 लाख पद पेंडिंग पड़े हैं.
फैक्ट चेक- ‘झूठ की गूंज’ एक्स पेज ने इसे पूरी तरह से गलत बताया. इस फैक्ट चेक में कहा गया कि मध्य प्रदेश सामान्य प्रशासन विभाग का 87:13 का फॉर्मूला पिछले आठ साल से नहीं, बल्कि 29 सितंबर 2022 यानी महज चार साल पहले आया था. यह विवाद कांग्रेस के कार्यकाल में 2019 में 27% ओबीसी आरक्षण बढ़ाने से शुरू हुआ था. नियुक्तियां 87% पदों पर जारी रहीं और केवल लगभग 10,000 पद ही इस कानूनी पेच से प्रभावित हुए हैं, न कि 4.87 लाख पद.

Rahul Gandhi’s Indore Event Lies, Fact-Checked Live, ONLY ON JHOOTH KI GOONJ. 🚨 Lie No. 1: “In all the recruitment drives conducted by the MP Public Service Commission over the past eight years, 13% of the posts have been kept on hold. 4.87 lakh posts are pending because of this.” Verdict: FALSE Reality: The 87:13 formula has not been in operation for eight years. The relevant Madhya Pradesh General Administration Department circular was issued on 29 September 2022, just four years ago. Therefore, it could not have affected “all recruitment drives” conducted over the preceding eight years. The dispute began after the Kamal Nath-led Congress government increased OBC reservation from 14% to 27% in 2019, leading to litigation over the quota’s constitutional validity. The Congress government issued the notification without fully accounting for the resulting legal complications. The formula did not stop recruitment altogether. Appointments proceeded against 87% of the advertised vacancies. Nor were the remaining 13% of posts simply “cancelled.” Separate provisional lists of OBC and unreserved candidates were prepared so that appointments could be made in accordance with the eventual court ruling. In January 2025, the Madhya Pradesh High Court upheld the 87:13 arrangement as an interim mechanism, allowing recruitment to continue while protecting the claims of both sets of candidates. Reports have estimated that approximately 10,000 posts across multiple Madhya Pradesh government recruitments were affected by the formula. That is not the same as 4.87 lakh MPPSC posts.

दूसरा दावा
राहुल गांधी ने दावा किया कि मार्च 2019 में कांग्रेस सरकार ने ओबीसी 14% से बढ़ाकर 27% किया था, लेकिन बीजेपी सरकार ने कोर्ट का हवाला देकर इसे रोक दिया.
फैक्ट चेक- इस दावे का फैक्ट चेक करते हुए ‘झूठ की गूंज’ एक्स पेज ने पोस्ट किया कि रिकॉर्ड्स के मुताबिक, कमलनाथ के नेतृत्व वाली कांग्रेस सरकार ने 8 मार्च 2019 को अध्यादेश के जरिए OBC आरक्षण बढ़ाया था. हालांकि, इस फैसले को बीजेपी सरकार ने नहीं, बल्कि मध्य प्रदेश हाई कोर्ट ने संवैधानिक सीमा (50% आरक्षण की सीमा पार होने के कारण) पर अंतरिम रोक लगाई थी. यह मामला अदालत में विचाराधीन है, न कि सरकार ने इसे स्वेच्छा से रोका है.

LIE NO. 2 of RAHUL GANDHI ‼️ “In March 2019, the Congress government increased OBC reservation from 14% to 27%, but the BJP put it on hold, citing the court.” REALITY: FALSE ❌ It was the Madhya Pradesh High Court, not the BJP government, that halted implementation—and it did so while the Congress government was still in power. The Kamal Nath government issued the ordinance on 8 March 2019, raising OBC reservation from 14% to 27%, taking total SC–ST–OBC reservation to 63%. Just 9 days later, on 19 March 2019, the High Court directed the state not to provide more than 14% OBC reservation in college admissions while the challenge was pending. Far from shelving the policy, the BJP government later issued an order on 2 September 2021 implementing 27% OBC reservation in recruitments not specifically covered by court challenges. तीसरा दावा
अडानी समूह को मिलने वाले सरकारी ठेकों और पैसों को सीधे तौर पर केंद्र सरकार के साथ जोड़ा जाता है.
फैक्ट चेक- इस दावे का फैक्ट चेक करते हुए ‘झूठ की गूंज’ एक्स पेज ने पोस्ट किया कि अगर अडानी की हर डील में सरकार की मिलीभगत है, तो कांग्रेस शासित राज्य क्यों उनके साथ बिजनेस कर रहे हैं?

ONLY ON JHOOTH KI GOONJ ‼️ Claim: Adani gets government contracts, makes money through them, and then gives that money to the BJP. Verdict: False Reality: First of all, how is this even a government policy? Linking everyone from Ajit Doval Ji to Adani and Ambani doesn’t establish a government connection—it’s a political allegation that needs evidence. And if every deal involving Adani is supposedly proof of a Modi-government nexus, then why are Congress-ruled states also doing business with the Adani Group? The Congress government in Karnataka opened bids for the ₹22,267-crore Bengaluru tunnel-road project, with Adani emerging as the lowest bidder. The project has not yet been formally awarded, so calling it a completed ₹22,000-crore contract would be inaccurate. In Telangana, the Congress government under Revanth Reddy signed MoUs involving ₹12,400 crore of proposed Adani Group investments in the state. And in Kerala, the Congress-led government continues to work with Adani-linked infrastructure projects, including the Thiruvananthapuram airport and Vizhinjam port. चौथा दावा
राहुल गांधी के इस कार्यक्रम में मंच पर असली छात्रों को लाकर उनकी समस्याएं दिखाई गईं.
फैक्ट चेक- कार्यक्रम के बाद जब सोशल मीडिया पर छानबीन हुई, तो सामने आया कि मंच पर छात्रों की आवाज बनकर बात करने वाले कुछ चेहरे (जैसे तनय शर्मा) माखनलाल चतुर्वेदी यूनिवर्सिटी के छात्र होने के साथ-साथ NSUI (कांग्रेस के छात्र संगठन) के पूर्व पदाधिकारी/प्रवक्ता रह चुके हैं.

पांचवां दावा
राहुल गांधी के इस कार्यक्रम में दावा किया गया कि सरकार आदिवासियों को शिक्षा से दूर रखना चाहती है.
फैक्ट चेक- ‘झूठ की गूंज’ पेज की तरफ से कहा गया कि देश में एकलव्य मॉडल रेजिडेंशियल स्कूलों (EMRS) की संख्या 2014-15 में 129 थी, जो बढ़कर अगस्त 2026 तक 511 हो गई है. इन स्कूलों में छात्रों की संख्या 40,000 से बढ़कर लगभग 1.5 लाख तक पहुंच चुकी है. इसके अलावा, प्री-मैट्रिक छात्रवृत्ति योजना से लाखों आदिवासी छात्र लाभान्वित हो रहे हैं.

Lie No5 of RAHUL GANDHI : Modi Government does not want tribals to become students but wants them to become Andhbhakt ‼️ Verdict: False Reality: Eklavya Model Residential Schools have been significantly expanded to provide quality residential education to tribal students. ●The EMRS operational schools increased from 129 (2014–15) to 511 (August 2026). ●The number of students in Ekalavya schools has almost quadrupled from 40,000 in 2014 to 1.5 lakh in 2024–25. In last 2 years, Pre-Matric Scholarship Scheme has benefitted more than 29 lakh tribal students. It was Congress which kept tribal students down denying them education and opportunities.
